Breakfast Point Academy is celebrating an outstanding showing by its MathCounts students, who brought home multiple awards at last week's competition.
Eighth grader Ben Faranda earned an impressive 4th place overall finish in the 8th grade division, while seventh grader Zaine Khaja also secured 4th place overall for the 7th grade division.
In addition to these individual achievements, BPA’s 7th-grade team (pictured above - hard at work) placed second overall, showcasing strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. Team members include Zaine Khaja, Campbell Turner, Tyler Curtis, and Reid Stripling.
These results highlight the hard work, dedication, and mathematical excellence of our students. The MathCounts team isn’t done yet—they will compete again on February 12th at the Chapter Competition.
👏 Congratulations to our MathCounts students and coaches! We are proud of you and can’t wait to cheer you on in the next round.
