It’s that time of year again! Bay District Schools is launching the annual Cognia Stakeholder Surveys, and we would love for our BPA families to take a few minutes to share their feedback.
Your voice truly matters. The input we receive from parents and guardians helps guide decisions at both the school and district levels as we continue working together to Put the “A” Back in Bay. Your feedback helps us celebrate what’s working well at BPA and identify opportunities to grow even stronger in supporting our students.
What to Expect
The survey has two parts:
Part 1: Focuses on your experiences with Breakfast Point Academy
Part 2: Gathers your input to help Bay District Schools strengthen the Parent and Family Engagement Program for the next school year, including open-ended questions where you can share additional thoughts
All responses are completely anonymous — there is no way to link answers back to individual participants. We encourage you to respond honestly and thoughtfully. When accessing the survey, you will be asked to select Breakfast Point Academy as your child’s school.

The parent/guardian survey will be open from February 13, 2026, through March 13, 2026.
