BPA 5th grade presents "Joust"

The cafetorium at Breakfast Point Academy was transformed into a lively medieval stage this week as our talented fifth graders proudly presented their musical performance, “Joust.”

From the moment the curtain opened, students captivated the audience with energetic singing, choreographed dancing, laugh-out-loud comedy, and confident acting. The performance was filled with creativity, teamwork, and personality — a true showcase of the incredible talent within our fifth-grade class.

The production brought knights, royalty, and plenty of humor to life, especially from our jesters, leaving the audience smiling and applauding throughout the show. Months of practice were evident in every line delivered, every note sung, and every step danced. Our students didn’t just perform — they owned the stage.

This outstanding production would not have been possible without the dedication and leadership of Ms. White. Her hard work, patience, and commitment to excellence brought out the very best in our fifth graders. Thanks to her efforts, BPA continues to put the “A” in Bay with the Arts, highlighting the importance of creativity and performance as part of a well-rounded education.

We were also honored to welcome Mark McQueen, Superintendent of Bay District Schools, who joined us to support our students and celebrate their success. His presence meant so much to our school community and performers.

Parents, it’s your turn! We look forward to welcoming you tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m. in the BPA Cafetorium for another exciting performance of “Joust.”

Don’t miss the opportunity to see our Stingrays shine on stage — it’s a performance fit for royalty! 👑⚔️
